We work to move orders quickly while keeping fulfillment careful and accurate. Shipping speed can vary by destination, order timing, carrier volume, holidays, and weather.
CABAID ships Monday through Saturday. Orders are not shipped on Sundays, and shipping may pause or slow during certain holidays.
Orders placed before 4 PM CT are typically prepared for the next available shipping cycle. Orders placed after the cutoff may move into the following shipping cycle.
Typical delivery varies, but many customers receive orders within 2–3 days. A 3–5 business day delivery window is normal depending on destination and carrier timing.

Please keep the item, shipping box, packaging materials, and label until support reviews your request. Photos help us understand what happened.
