How To Use

If You Are Still Nursing, Pumping, or Reducing Feeds

Apply a thin layer to the outer breast area as needed, up to 2–3 times daily.

Avoid the nipple and areola.
Avoid applying anywhere that may come into contact with your baby’s mouth.
Wash hands after use.

For best comfort, apply after nursing or pumping, when there is the longest window before baby contact.

Cleanse the area before nursing if there is any chance product may come into contact with your baby’s mouth.
