At CABAID™, we care deeply about your experience and want you to feel confident when ordering from us. Because our products are personal care items intended for use on sensitive skin, we do not accept returns once an order has shipped.

Final Sale Policy

For health, safety, and product integrity reasons, all CABAID personal care products are final sale once shipped. This includes both opened and unopened products.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

Change of mind
Product preference
Ordering the wrong item
Opened or used products
Texture, feel, or personal preference after use
Items purchased during a promotion, discount, or sale

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@cabaidcream.com.

Please include:

Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping box

If we confirm that your order was damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will work with you to make it right. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Skin Sensitivity or Irritation

Our products are thoughtfully formulated and dermatologist tested, but every person’s skin is different. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and contact a healthcare professional if needed.

Because CABAID products are personal care items, skin sensitivity, irritation, or product preference does not make a product eligible for return. However, we still encourage you to contact us so we can better understand your experience and support you where we reasonably can.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@cabaidcream.com.

We will do our best to help, but once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be changed, canceled, returned, or refunded.

Unauthorized Returns

Please do not send products back to us without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and may not be returned to the sender.

Approved Refunds

Refunds are only issued when approved by CABAID, such as in the case of a confirmed damaged, defective, incorrect, or unfulfilled order.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
