Shipping policy

At CABAID™, we want your order to arrive safely, quickly, and with care. Our products are prepared and shipped with the same thoughtful attention that goes into our formulas.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after your order is placed, excluding weekends and holidays.

During high-volume periods, promotions, product launches, or carrier delays, processing times may take slightly longer. If there is a meaningful delay with your order, we will do our best to notify you as soon as possible.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout before your order is completed.

Any available free shipping offers, promotional shipping rates, or bundle shipping discounts will be shown during checkout when applicable.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Once your order leaves our facility, delivery timing is controlled by the shipping carrier. While we do our best to provide accurate estimates, delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please carefully review your shipping address before submitting your order.

CABAID™ is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout. If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us as quickly as possible at hello@cabaidcream.com. We will do our best to help before the order ships.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, CABAID™ is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, misplaced, or delivered to the wrong location.

That said, we care about your experience. If your package shows as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us at hello@cabaidcream.com, and we will do our best to help you determine the next steps with the carrier.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly at hello@cabaidcream.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging, if available.

We will review the issue and work with you to make it right.

Weather, Carrier, and Holiday Delays

Shipping delays may occur due to weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, supply delays, or other events outside of our control.

If your order is affected by a delay, we will do our best to keep you informed.
